Homegroups

Homegroups form an important part of church life, and provide an opportunity for believers to meet together in homes for closer family life, discipleship, and outreach, as well as building and strengthening friendships with each other through weekly fellowship.

Taking place on Wednesday evenings, there are currently six homegroups, each of which are unique in both size and personality though all share the same passion for helping each other grow as Christians.

Tony and Joy Canning Broad Green

We have an informal group made up of people of all ages. We have a great mix of personalities which gives us great friendship and conversation. We support each other as a group and commit to pray for one anothers needs, as well as the needs of our community.

Paul and Ruth Darken Halewood

Informal evenings with an aim to hear God, whilst building up and encouraging each other through fellowship and friendship. Never an agenda and every week is different, although the inclusion of home made cakes and chocolate is a regular feature, adding to the informal nature of the group!

Roz Dawson Garston

We are a small, but growing group. Some have been Christians for years and others are relatively new. Our times together are relaxed and informal, but we all want to experience more of God. We get together to share our lives, to support one another, to grow in our relationship with God and each other, and to equip ourselves to be more effective in sharing God’s love in a hurting world.

Rob and Liz Short Hunts Cross

A small, unique group, passionate about God, worship, prayer, caring for each other and putting God's word into action.

Rob and Brenda Stewart Hunts Cross

Family coming together in a relaxed atmosphere, to worship and learn more about God, and to encourage and pray for one another.
